Short Title:
An Act amending the act of December 31, 1965 (P. L. 1257, No. 511), known as "The Local Tax Enabling Act," authorizing school districts to impose an additional tax on earned income tax; and requiring school districts that impose the additional tax to reduce the rate of or eliminate certain taxes.
