Short Title:
An Act amending the act of May 17, 1921 (P. L. 682, No. 284), entitled "The Insurance Company Law of 1921," increasing from seventy-five to eighty per centum the loan-to-value ratio on real estate and leasehold loans, and allowing Pennsylvania life insurance companies to invest in interest-bearing deposits or certificates of deposit in any State, Federal or Canadian bank or savings and loan association.
