An Act prohibiting certain practices in commercial transactions which have the effect of limiting, discouraging or preventing free association among persons, business organizations or governmental agencies on account of race, color, sex, religious creed, ancestry, national origin, ethnicity, or the relationship of any person, business organization or governmental agency with any foreign person, foreign business organization or foreign government if such relationship is not inconsistent with the declared foreign policy of the United States.
