An Act relating to the rights, obligations and liabilities of landlord, tenant, managing agent; and powers of local code enforcement agencies and amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, authorizing the establishment of housing court divisions in certain courts of common pleas; providing for their powers and duties and the procedure for enforcement of rights therein.
