Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 30, 1937 (P. L. 115, No. 40), entitled "The First Class City Permanent Registration Act," further providing for registration, for the number and compensation of election commissioners, for the appointment, compensation and duties of employes and counsel of the commission, for voter registrars, for periods of registration, for penalties and for acts performed on Sundays and holidays; providing for the appointment, compensation and duties of non personal voter registration specialists and their counsel; and changing witness fees and the age for registration.
