An Act amending the act of March 10, 1949 (P. L. 30, No. 14), entitled "Public School Code of 1949," authorizing certain referenda reducing school districts' authority to levy taxes on real property and providing for replacement of lost revenues by an additional school tax upon wages, salaries, commissions and other earned income of individuals.
