An Act amending the "Pennsylvania Human Relations Act," approved October 27, 1955 (P. L. 744, No. 222), making it unlawful for an employer to refuse to release certain documents to certain persons, establishing a procedure for the handling of complaints concerning segregation or discrimination in public schools, further providing for educational programs and conferring additional powers.
