An Act amending the act of December 18, 1987 (P.L.412, No.86), entitled Pennsylvania Fair Dealership Law, further providing for definition of "equipment," for exceptions to dealer agreements and credits to dealer's accounts; and providing for succession to franchise ownership and for manufacturer's right of first refusal.
