Short Title:
An Act authorizing the Secretary of the Department of Community Affairs to adopt rules and regulations relating to the construction, alteration, demolition, maintenance, occupancy and use of buildings and structures; to provide for the administration and enforcement of the act; and establish remedies and fix penalties for violations of the act.
