Subject: “Gifted Education Day”
 
Please join me in co-sponsoring a resolution designating November 18, 2016 as “Gifted Education Day” in Pennsylvania.

This resolution honors the work of educators for gifted children and encourages schools to meet the diverse needs of gifted learners through advocacy, awareness and action.

This day was inspired by the Pennsylvania Association for Gifted Education, (PAGE), a nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to helping gifted learners, parents and educators.

Thank you for your consideration of this important resolution.
