Subject: amendment to the Public School Code
 
Please join me in cosponsoring a bill which would require certain information reported on children regarding neglect or sexual abuse be placed in the health records of the child, as well as any medical and dental records. These records will be maintained under section 1402 of the Code and when a child transfers,sent to the transferring school.
