Subject: Uniform Family Law Arbitration
 
Resolving legal disputes among family members can be an extremely difficult situation, both emotionally and financially. Ranging from disagreements over marital property to determining the proper amount of spousal or child support, family law cases can have a large and lasting impact on all those involved.
 
In order to simplify the family law process, we will be introducing the Uniform Family Law Arbitration Act to provide families with a voluntary and private process for resolving disputes instead of going to court. This will help to save families time, money, and stress in addition to reducing the burden on our legal system and saving taxpayer money.
 
Please join us in providing a simpler and more efficient means of resolving family disputes while better protecting children and victims of domestic violence.
