Subject: Pennsylvania Families Tax Relief Bill 1 Permanent Sales & Use Tax Exemptions
 
In the near future, I will be introducing a series of bills to provide much-needed tax relief for Pennsylvanians and their families during these difficult inflationary times.

My legislation will provide several permanent exclusions from the Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax which are intended to help families reduce costs for their small children.

The Permanent Exclusions include:
  • Children’s Books and Library Books
  • Children’s Toys
  • Cribs and Strollers
  • Youth Sports Equipment
Please join me in cosponsoring this legislation to provide tax relief for Pennsylvanians and their families.
