Subject: Resolution Condemning the Global Persecution of Christians
 
In the near future, I will be reintroducing a resolution condemning the global persecution of Christians.

Christians are currently being persecuted in over 50 countries for their faith. According to some estimates, the total number of persecuted Christians has risen from 215 million in 2018 to 245 million in 2019. My resolution will provide an overview of the various kinds of persecution Christians face around the world.

Please join me in bringing attention to this issue and the rights of Christians to practice their sincerely-held religious beliefs regardless of their location on the globe.
