Subject: Direct Shipment of Spirits
 
I plan to re-introduce legislation that would amend the Liquor Code to allow a person or manufacturer who has a direct spirits shipper license to ship spirits to a resident, who is at least twenty-one, for the residents’ personal use and not for resale. The LCB would be required to release monthly brands of spirits available for distribution.

This intention of this legislation is to bring convenience to the residents of Pennsylvania.
