I am re-introducing HB 234 in the new session beginning January 19, 2017.

This legislation amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes and outlines benefit transfer device fraud offenses and grading for unauthorized use of an ACCESS card.
