Subject: Proposed Legislation - James Nance Memorial Highway
 


In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation to have the interchange of US Route 4007 in the Borough of Indiana, Indiana County named in memory of James Nance.

Mr. Nance was an outstanding athlete in wrestling and football. He won two PIAA heavyweight championships at Indiana High School and two NCAA championships at Syracuse University. He also led the Syracuse football team to the Sugar Bowl and earned All-American honors. He continued his football career in the American, National, and World Football Leagues.

Please join me in honoring the memory of James Nance by cosponsoring this legislation.
