Subject: Pesticide Control
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation that would amend the Pennsylvania Pesticide Control Act of 1973. This legislation would require any private or public park that has pesticide applications on its property to inform the public. This notification should be at least 72 hours before application by placing a sign at each entrance of the park.
