Subject: Resolution Condemning the Global Persecution of Christians
 

In the near future, I will be introducing a resolution condemning the global persecution of Christians.

Christians are currently being persecuted in over 50 countries. According to some estimates, one-hundred million Christians were persecuted in 2012 alone. My resolution will provide an overview of the various kinds of persecution currently being committed against Christians and encourages world leaders to implement policies that protect the religious liberties of Christians and all other faiths within their borders.

Please join me in bringing attention to this issue and supporting the rights of Christians to practice their sincerely-held religious beliefs regardless of their location on the globe.
