Subject: Reintroduction of HB 62 (2011-12) - Amending Title 75: Snowmobiles & ATVs
 
In the coming weeks, I intend to re-introduce legislation amending Title 75, providing for the maintenance and grooming of snowmobile trails. This legislation was House Bill 62 last session.

The proposed bill seeks to establish what the department is responsible for in making sure that trails are properly groomed and maintained.
