From: Representative Scott A. Petri

Subject: Intermodal Transit Study (Former HR 60)

This legislation calls for a study of the various entities in the Southeast pertaining to transportation such as SEPTA, the Parking Authority, the Port Authority, bridge commissions, etc.

Our transit agencies and authorities need to coordinate with each other to share revenue resources and to develop new sources of revenue for the good of the entire region. This study may provide answers to funding problems and will certainly provide much needed insight into the challenges facing our transportation systems
