Senate Co-Sponsorship Memoranda

In the near future, I will be introducing a resolution that calls upon the Biden administration to provide immediate and continuous humanitarian aid to Gaza and work toward a just and lasting peace. Over the past several weeks, Hamas has killed Israelis in horrific and deplorable attacks. Violence has claimed the lives the thousands of Palestinians and Israelis. The bombing of Al Ahli Arab Hospital on October 17 resulted in an estimated minimum of 500 fatalities. Food, water, medicine, and power have been denied to Gaza, resulting in a humanitarian crisis of violence. Without immediate action by the Federal government to ensure continuous deliverance of humanitarian aid to civilians, hundreds of thousands of civilian lives will remain at imminent risk.
