Subject: Summer Youth Employment Program
 
In the near future, I plan to introduce legislation to establish a youth job program administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. This program will be similar to the former Pennsylvania Conservation Corps, in that it will create summer youth employment opportunities at State and local parks as well as recreation facilities. The goal of this program is to provide valuable job training for youth between the ages of 16 and 21 years of age. I invite you to join me in sponsoring this legislation.
