Subject: 24 Hour Liquor Service in Pennsylvania Casino’s
 
In the immediate future, I will introduce legislation that will provide Pennsylvania casino’s the option to purchase a liquor license that would allow them to provide 24 hour liquor service to their customers. This license assists Commonwealth casino's in keeping competitive with surrounding states. The initial license would be at a cost of $5 million for 5 years, $1 million per year. The renewal fee after the initial 5 years would be at a cost of $250,000 per year and would be renewed annually.
