RESOLVED, That House Bill No. 169, Printer's No. 2631, entitled "An act amending the act of December 19, 1988 (P.L.1262, No.156), entitled, as amended 'An act providing for the licensing of eligible organizations to conduct games of chance, for the licensing of persons to distribute games of chance, for the registration of manufacturers of games of chance, and for suspensions and revocations of licenses and permits; requiring records; providing for local referendum by electorate; and prescribing penalties,' further providing for definitions, for permitted games of chance, for prize limits, for insured games, for limited sales, for recordkeeping, for eligible organizations' use of locations for conducting small games of chance, for separate individual prize limitations and for advertising," having been referred to the Committee on Appropriations on October 22, 2007, and the committee not having reported the same to the Senate for a period of over ten legislative days, the committee is discharged from further consideration thereof.
