This legislation would designate the bridge on U.S. Route 6 over Potato Creek at Smethport, McKean County, as the POW/MIA Memorial Bridge; designate State Route 120 in the Borough of Emporium as General Joseph T. McNarney Boulevard; and designate U.S. Route 6 over Allegheny River at Liberty Township, McKean County, as the Lt. Colonel Richard J. Berrettini Memorial Bridge. The amendment would designate State Route 120 as a Memorial Boulevard in honor of the late General Joseph T. McNarney and would require the erection of appropriate signage in both directions to indicate this designation, as well as the designation of the Lt. Colonel Richard J. Berrettini Memorial Bridge.
