| Brief Description |
Eliminates the definition for License Permit Review Professionals and related text throughout the bill, clarifies applicability to permits where there is no specific state statutory basis for their issuance, in addition to permits issued solely to comply with Federal law, extends the period for applicant response to deficiencies and technical review to 90 days and that of final review and determination to 60 days, remove provisions for electronic public database and reports, require DEP to implement a 3rd party review program, and allows for the creation of a system for electronic submission, review, and approval of permit application, if funds are appropriated.
