An Act amending Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in firearms and other dangerous articles, further providing for definitions and for sale or transfer of firearms; and, in particular rights and immunities, further providing for civil immunity for use of force and providing for declarative and injunctive relief and certain damages. |
