Short Title:
An Act amending Title 35 (Health and Safety) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for safety of persons in certain buildings, for regulation of the construction, equipment, maintenance, operation and inspection of elevators, for certain building standards for access by persons with disabilities, for permits relating to the construction and maintenance of improvements to real estate, for building energy conservation, for restrooms in certain public facilities and for the regulation of the dry cleaning industry.
