An Act amending Titles 74 (Transportation) and 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, defining "Class 5 transit entity"; further providing for supplemental public transportation assistance funding; providing for dedicated revenue source; further providing for public transportation grants management accountability; establishing the Act 26 Subaccount, the Act 3 Subaccount and the Public Transportation Revenue Enhancement Subaccount within the Public Transportation Assistance Fund; providing for an additional realty transfer tax and for the deposit of certain additional revenues; establishing the Licenses and Fees Restricted Account and providing for distributions from that account; increasing certain registration and title fees; further defining the average wholesale price for taxable liquid fuels and fuels; establishing a special maintenance allocation; and increasing annual maintenance payments.
