An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, providing for the English language as the official language of the Commonwealth and of official acts; further providing for fees charged by the Insurance Department; establishing the Office of Consumer Advocate for Insurance as an independent office within the Office of Attorney General and prescribing its powers and duties; and establishing the Consumer Advocate for Insurance Fund.
