Short Title:
A Concurrent Resolution directing the Attorney General of Pennsylvania to challenge by legal action the constitutionality of the unfunded Federal mandate that requires the implementation of a vehicle emissions testing program for Pennsylvania and the authority granted or assumed by the Federal Government, through the laws, regulations and practices of the Federal Government that infringe upon the Commonwealth's sovereignty.
