An Act relating to maintenance by certain property and casualty companies of accounts to protect insurance company obligations to the public; defining the amount and manner in which such accounts shall be established and maintained and the authority of the Insurance Commissioner in regard to such accounts; and providing for action to be taken by the commissioner if such accounts are not in compliance with the provisions of this act.
