An Act amending the "Pennsylvania Election Code," approved June 3, 1937 (P. L. 1333, No. 320), prohibiting cross-filing by candidates for any elective office; providing for transportation of residents of mental institutions; requiring a receipt upon the filing of expense accounts revising provisions relating to application for application for absentee voting and providing penalties.
