Short Title:
An Act amending the "Tax Reform Code of 1971," approved March 4, 1971 (P. L. 6, No. 2), further defining "business income," corporate net income tax, so as to exclude payment of the tax on income attributable to transactions and activities taking place outside the United States and its territories and possessions.
