An Act amending the act of October 23, 1988 (P. L. 1059, No. 122), entitled "An act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), entitled 'An act providing for and reorganizing the conduct of the executive and administrative work of the Commonwealth by the Executive Department thereof and the administrative departments, boards, commissions, and officers thereof, including the boards of trustees of State Normal Schools, or Teachers Colleges;....,'" further providing for a conveyance of land to the Kirwan Heights Volunteer Fire Department located in Collier Township, Allegheny County; authorizing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to sell and convey to the Downingtown Industrial and Agricultural School certain land situate in East Brandywine Township, Chester County; authorizing the Department of Public Welfare and the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to sell and convey to the Glaziers & Glassworkers Union Local #252 certain land situate in the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and authorizing and directing the Department of General Services, with the approval of the Governor, to convey to Penn Township a tract of land situate in Penn Township, Snyder County, Pennsylvania.
