An Act to further provide for the expenses of the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the Commonwealth for the fiscal period July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977; to make additional appropriations from the Federal augmentation to the Executive Department for the fiscal period July 1, 1976 to June 30, 1977, and to appropriate the Federal funds available for implementation of Title II, Public Law 94-369, to the several hereinafter named agencies of the Executive Department.
