Short Title:
An Act amending the act of June 30, 1992 (P. L. , No. 8A), known as the "General Appropriation Act of 1992," restoring certain funds relating to the academy for the profession of teaching, for deferred maintenance, for the McKeever Environmental Learning Center and for rural postsecondary learning; and increasing the operating funds of the State System of Higher Education.
