An Act relating to criminal history record information; protection of individual right to privacy; completeness and accuracy of such information; control of dissemination; establishment of guidelines for security; provision for quality control; the right of individuals to inspect, review and challenge the accuracy of such information; establishment of a council to oversee the administration of this act; and providing penalties for violations of this act.
