Short Title:
An Act authorizing the Department of Property and Supplies, with the concurrence of the Department of Environmental Resources, in the name of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to sell and convey to Scott Paper Company three tracts of land within the bed of the Delaware River in the City of Chester, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, lying between the Bulkhead Line and the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River, adjacent to lands presently owned by the said corporation, to the north, containing 12.5045 acres, more or less.
