An Act amending the act of June 22, 2000 (P.L.339, No.39), known as the Infant Crib Safety Act, defining "Sudden Infant Death Syndrome"; further providing for violations of Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law; requiring certain nurses and professional hospital staff to educate parents of infants about Sudden Infant Death Syndrome; providing for certain civil immunity; and further providing for duty of the Department of Health.
