Short Title:
An Act creating the Department of Human Resources and transferring to it the powers and duties of the Department of Public Welfare; providing that the Secretary of Public Welfare shall be ex officio, the Secretary of Human Resources; and transferring personnel, appropriations, allocations, contracts, agreements, equipment, files, obligations and other material from the Department of Public Welfare to the Department of Human Resources.
