Subject: Condolence Resolution Honoring Representative Fred C. Noye
 
I plan to introduce a resolution expressing condolences on the passing of Representative Fred C. Noye.

A lifelong native of Perry County, Mr. Noye was the youngest elected legislator in the history of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives when elected in 1972 to serve the people of Juniata, Perry, and Western Cumberland Counties.

Over the next 20 years, Mr. Noye served the people of the 86th House District with distinction.

I ask that you join me in cosponsoring this resolution in Representative Fred C. Noye’s memory.
