Subject:	Reform Bills

In the near future, I will reintroduce my reform bills pertaining to COLAs, per diems, state vehicles, and gifts.

Document #1

Description:	The first bill will eliminate automatic COLAs; instead, COLAs will be given oncer per decade to members of the House and Senate, following the decennial U.S. Census.

Document #2

Description:	The second bill will end per diems. Reimbursement will be given for expenses incurred, after documentation is submitted.

Document #3

Description:	The third bill will eliminate the leasing of state vehicles to members of the General Assembly. This bill will not eliminate reimbursement of tolls/mileage.

Document #4

Description:	The fourth bill will ban gifts to the General Assembly. No member may solicit or accept, for their personal use or for another’s use, a gift, favor, entertainment, hospitality, loan, or any other item of monetary value.
