An Act amending the "Public School Code of 1949," approved March 10, 1949 (P. L. 30, No. 14), providing for limits on tax increases and for a referendum, requiring the advertising for bids for contracts of insurance; further providing for the causes and criteria for suspension, providing for waiver of certification requirements in certain instances, further providing for the certification of hazardous routes and providing for proficiency testing.
