An Act amending Titles 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) and 61 (Prisons and Parole) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for sentences for second and subsequent offenses, for sentencing generally, for sentence of county intermediate punishment and for county intermediate punishment programs; in State intermediate punishment, further providing for definitions and for referral to State intermediate punishment program; in recidivism risk reduction incentive, further providing for definitions; and making editorial changes.
