An Act amending Title 66 (Public Utilities) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, establishing a telemarketing "do not call" registry; requiring certain public utilities to collect and transmit certain information from consumers relating to telemarketing sales calls; providing for the duties of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission and telemarketers; and providing for prohibited telemarketing activity.
