An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.177, No.175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, further providing for administrative departments, for department heads and for the Environmental Quality Board; creating the Department of Energy and Technology and providing for powers and duties of the department; and further providing for special power relating to State vehicles, for definitions relating to the Energy Development Authority and emergency powers and for emergency petroleum product shortages.
