Short Title:
An Act amending the act of March 4, 1971 (P.L.6, No.2), known as the Tax Reform Code of 1971, further providing for definitions, for transfers subject to inheritance tax and for transfers not subject to inheritance tax; and providing for taxation of transfers to members of the same family and for taxation of a qualified family-owned business interest.
