An Act amending Title 30 (Fish) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for refund of moneys paid erroneously or unjustly, for powers of conservation officers, for enforcement of laws, for delegation of enforcement powers and for interference with officers; prohibiting interference with lawful fishing and boating; further providing for classification of offenses and penalties, for guilty pleas, for forfeitures, for sanctions, for payments, for misuse of property and waters, for disturbance of waterways, for littering, for water pollution and for damages; providing for injunctions; further providing for explosives permits, for interference with dams or devices; providing for alcohol offenses; further providing for regulations, for chemical testing for alcohol or controlled substances, for medical reports, for motorboat registration, for exemptions, for issuing agents, for tampering with identification devices; providing for certificates of title; further providing for operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance; and prohibiting unauthorized individuals from operating watercraft.
